I’ve had the nicest day today at Upton Country Park learning all about plant photography from the fantastic Louise Jolley. A photography workshop is something I’ve been meaning to do for a while and I’m so glad I finally worked up the courage to sign up for the plant portrait workshop near me. Learned so much about my camera and left feeling so inspired!
I’m still mostly none the wiser about what the plants are actually called… can just about recognise daisies and I’m fairly sure I could find you a hydrangea if times were desperate, but that’s about it. But you don’t have to know the names to appreciate how pretty they are…
I’ll definitely be on the lookout for more workshops in the future, and would really recommend Louise as a teacher – friendly, passionate and very knowledgeable! A great day 🙂
